Yummy Chicken Enchiladas!!

Okay so today I was taking a break from looking for a job and watched Good Things Utah on ABC4 and they were making this and it looked so good that I printed off the recipe, invited the neighbors over and made it. It really was yummy, so I thought I would share. Oh I made the bean salsa too and had it with chips! I think I'm turning into a good cook, not as good as Rachel Ray yet.

Maybe someday :)
