Last Saturday in our ward we had our Flag Kickoff for the year with the scouts to raise money for the year. Since it was the morning after the fall, Brayden wanted Mommy, so I brought my future scout and off too the church. As for me being the committiee chair, I had to be there to help. We all met at the church at 9am with the scouts and their families to pick a route and collect $25 from each family in the ward. The scouts go out on holidays and put a flag out infront of houses. Brayden and I had a route and found a horse just up the street from our house. Brayden had lots of fun with the boys! Notice the cute little scout shirt I got him last year when he helped me sell popcorn at the ScoutExpo!
